I adored Ken, who came and measured our garage door and provided digital images of potential door colors to choose from. No one hassled me into getting something more than what I wanted. I’m very pleased with our garage door. They did a great job installing it!

I called Top Quality Doors and they got me scheduled very quickly at a time I was available. When they showed up, they got right to work assessing my shop overhead door issues and giving me a quote. They completed the work while they were there, ( I needed new cables installed ) and charged me a very fair price. I will continue to use them as needed.

I bought a beautiful midcentury modern styled garage door through Top Quality Doors and they installed it quickly and with precision. A year later, I'm embarrassed to say, I accidently backed into it bending the bottom panels. Others wanted to replace the whole door but Top Quality Doors came out with in 24hours, bent it back, and repaired the bracket the same day. They saved me a lot of money and time. Thank you!

They had very good communication. Unfortunately the first trip didn't fix the door without parts. I called them back (they answered the phone on the 4th of July!) and they returned. Turned out I did need a part but I was not charged for the second service call or the labor only the part.

After several attempts of technicians coming out and trying to fix my garage door. I called Top Quality Doors and was greeted promptly by a lady that I do not know her name but was very nice and friendly. She guaranteed she had the tech for the job and I set up an appointment for the next week ( I also rescheduled last minute do to work and they understand and reschedule me quickly) Appointment day they called me an hour before a tech arrived as per requested. Kelly and Shaun were early and determined the problem within seconds. They had the door fixed and running smooth in less then ten minutes. They tightened every bolt, made sure the new wires were secure and added lubricant to the wheels before they left! They really went above and beyond to get it fixed and I see why they have such a good reputation. Thanks again Kelly and Shaun at Top Quality Doors!

Top Quality Doors fixed my old garage door and it's like new again. The cables kept coming off of the track and the door was all kinds of messed up. I just knew I'd have to pay for a new door. Nope. They came out and fixed the cables by resetting the whole thing. They even replaced the rollers. The door opens so smoothly now. I would recommend Top Quality Doors to everyone!

They were called to repair my spring on the garage door. The installer was knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. He was kind and showed me exactly what he did and how to best maintain the door to make it last. I was pleased that I made the call.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail by the team at Top Quality Doors. The July windstorm badly damaged two of my three garage doors. I called that Sunday thinking to leave a voicemail to get on their list for repair and was amazed to get a call back that Sunday. The very next day a gentleman came to my house and was able to beat the damaged doors back into place and he locked to secure our garage and home. The replacement doors came in and the installation was amazingly quick. We were given a review of all the features and protections from our new wind resistant doors, our garage was left spotless as they removed all the delivery materials and the old doors. Quality doors and service!

Technician was on time and explained every option that was available. He was very professional and went the extra step to explain and show preventative maintenance measure to help extend the life of the garage door. Kelley was very nice and got everything we needed done in less than hour. Price was more than reasonable for the repair, especially since I thought we would have to replace the doors. Support local!

I almost never write reviews. Couldn't honestly say when I did it last. But this company earned it. TQD was recommended to me by a friend. I called them after hours when my garage door got crooked and jumped off some of the track. Amy, who returned my call, was nothing short of hospitable and courteous. Devon came out and quickly got the door situated so that it could close. He was nice as hell and explained what he was doing very carefully. Amy took me through the process of selecting a new door to buy and when Austin arrived to install a few days later, he was just great, too. He too explained any and everything I needed to know about my new door. I am in the hospitality business and pay a lot of attention to empathy in service (or more commonly, the lack of it). But at every stage I felt wrapped up and taken care of by TQD. Thank you, guys. It's wonderful to be treated really really well once in a while.

My garage door broke when leaving for work one morning. Did a google search and picked the company with the highest stars and most reviews. Glad I did. The office manager was pleasant and set me up with a quick appointment. My garage door was fixed by noon on the same day. The technician even went above and beyond with limiting exposure and maintained his distance and disinfected his work area when complete.

I love my new garage door! Top quality did an amazing job and the price for the whole thing was great! Professionals!
